Fernando Landa

Fernando practice is focused in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, advising clients throughout the whole process of the controversy, from pre-trial negotiations until the resolution of the dispute.

In addition, he is certified by the Alternative Justice Institute of the State of Jalisco to act as a negotiator, mediator, and conciliator in various matters to prevent and resolve disputes.

He also teaches the subjects of General Theory of Obligations and Obligations II at the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara.

Abelardo Bernáldez

Abelardo has led numerous acquisitions and corporate restructures. Additionally, his expertise and knowledge have supported national and international companies understand and navigate the Mexican legal system efficiently.

His strong real estate practice has been paired and complemented with the design and implementation of corporate structures that have significantly benefited his clients.

Abelardo has a multidisciplinary focus on the following areas: M&A, real estate, transactional and corporate, foreign investment, and tax.

Carlos R. Padilla

Carlos has focused his practice on corporate and real estate transactions, mainly serving the legal needs of transnational conglomerates and tech companies. His counsel has helped companies start operations in Mexico seamlessly.

In addition, Carlos has a multidisciplinary focus with other practice areas such as: immigration, labor, and tax.

His day-to-day work includes advising his clients on their general business dealings, in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as in the structure and implementation of cross border operations.
